On the way up

Joshua's counts are just that - on the way up! Even though it is a small step, we went from 0.2 WBC (white blood count) to 0.4. Doctors said this is not that significant, but I am still encouraged. Maybe we will have even better news tomorrow.

In the meantime, Joshua is having a great time. He is having so much fun with the music therapist, playing with his LeapPad, and learning to play Candy Land (a big day for a 3 year old).

Thanks for continuing to pray.

It is amazing how quickly situations change from day to day. I have been away from my computer for several days and only this evening read your updates on your family. It is a reminder that we need to continue in prayer even when days are "normal." It has been a year now and Joshua and you have come a long way and grown in grace and love. I'll continue to keep you in my prayers for God is faithful. Your long distance friend, Joan

Hello Michael and Jana

I am a friend of your mother, Judy and the last time we spoke she told me about Joshua. I was so touched by his story that I immediately went home and shared his amazing story of recovery (all by GOD's mercy) with my family. It is amazing what GOD can do. HE will always watch over us and be there in our time of need. I have and will continue to pray for Joshua and your entire family. My heart goes out to you all. If there is anything that is required, my family is here.
