Before and After

Our house was built in the 1950's. We love the original hardwood floors, the mature trees, and the changes that all of our neighbors are constantly doing to their houses to highlight the character in each of them. So, we decided to make a big change of our own. Here it is and we love it!
Before
After

Also, since we have not yet lived in this house for a year, this our first spring. I was so excited this morning when we saw our first perennials blooms. Aren't they beautiful? I can't wait to see what else comes up.

I love it. It looks awesome! Glad you're enjoying the house and yard. Spring will be fun with trees budding and flowers blooming. Mind me asking where you moved?

So, just to set things straight...we did not paint the house ourselves. We used the person that gave us the best quote (Not Angel, Tiffany. I actually forgot about him since last summer. Sorry)

Emily, I had someone design the blog with the three tabs after I won it on someone's blog giveaway. I have no idea how she did it.

Oooh! I love it! Much more modern. We are getting our house painted right now too. (Just the trim, windows and eaves - not the brick) and I'm so ready to see what the finished product will look like. Yours makes me excited 'cause it looks so good and fresh!
