
I first met
Renee in the HEM-ONC clinic several months ago. I noticed her for several reasons. 1. Her husband was in his military uniform. Hard to miss that. 2. She was surrounded by her 4 children and not phased by anything. 3. She had a fantastic double stroller. I was completely jealous :-)
Later, I learned her story, which has inspired me as a mother, as a caretaker, as a wife, and as an American. You can read her story
here and vote for her to win the Military Motherhood Award. She is very deserving.
